I run two leagues. New owners can take over a team right away as 2019 league site has opened and offseason has begun.

Both leagues are 32 team IDP dynasty leagues with $60 US buy ins.
VNFL NFL mimic league
NFFL2K is a AFC/NFC copycat league so both divisions have the same players.
