-Dual threat back
-Capitalized on opportunity
-$8M Contract
-9 draft picks in '19, with more urgent needs on defense.

Which side of the fence are you guys on, Buy-Low, or Sell-High? He can likely be had for a 1.06-1.12 depending on the owner.

The NFL Draft.
Rather weak RB draft class and the Chiefs have other major concerns on defense.

Miami was bad for everyone involved, we know KC produces good backs. Seems the consensus is he's a Sell-High candidate.

They'll draft someone no doubt at the very least to keep him motivated. Ware won't be back and the other D Williams is a major unknown.

I would be surprised if they draft any skill position player before the 4th round. that isn't to say a 4th or higher draft pick couldn't challenge Williams for snaps but the fact is this team doesn't need any help on offense and their offense produced very well with Williams in the backfield. If im Andy Reid drafting a RB is far from my main concerns. I would guess they draft defense early and often. Even if they do draft a RB I think Williams will hold value in a Cohen type role. Williams will also likely start the season as the starter regardless so there's 3-4 weeks of RB1 numbers. And of course if the injury or suspension bug comes around and Williams is a backup he instantly vaults to a top 7 scoring RB in my mind. I have him on my team and I admit im at a loss as to what to do with him but I can say there is interest from other teams. I don't think I would trade him for less than a 1.05 in this draft. If I do trade him more than likely I will package him in a deal with someone else to go after a star

It's a risk-reward move depending on what KC does in free agency and/or the draft. Personally, I'm buying at the price of a late 1st or less. Worst-case scenario, Williams is involved in a committee even if KC signs a guy like Peterson or drafts a rookie RB late and is still a flex or RB2 in PPR. Best-case scenario, KC adds some UDFAs in the backfield, and Williams is the lead guy with RB1 upside.

His ceiling is way to high to sell for anything less than a 1st. I would consider him a very risky buy low but he could legitimately be a league winner next year if he keeps the starting job.
