12 Team SF, 2 TE
QB: Stafford, Foles, Fitzpatrick, Tyrod
RB: Bell, Michel, Murray, Ware
WR: Woods, Jeffery, Landry, Tyrell, Foster, Kirk, Gordon
TE: Reed, Walker, Cook
Picks: 1.07, 3.04, 20' 1st

With the team roster/format above and the fact I scored in the bottom 1/4 of the league I think I need to rebuild. What kind of moves would you start making with this team? One idea I had was to try and trade Stafford to a QB needy team for his 19' 1.02 + Chris Godwin, thinking I can snag a Murray, or Haskins with that pick, what do you guys think?

I'd be looking to move guys like Bell, Jeffery, and all your TEs instead. Veterans. A move that leaves you with only Foles, Fitzpatrick, Tyrod and (hopefully) a rookie QB isn't something I'd be looking to do in SF.

Put everyone on the block except Kirk. Woods is a keeper too unless you get a massive offer. For sure move Bell once he signs and everyone goes nuts. I'd sell those QBs but wait to see where Foles lands and who Stafford's OC will be.

What kind of deals would you be looking for? I mean if this is a long rebuild should I forget fielding a full roster and focus on WR's?

I don't think moving Stafford is a horrible idea. It will obviously negate any chance you have at contending in the next year or two, but that's also why you would trade him. The 2020 draft should be loaded barring something unforeseen... Tua, Herbert, Fromm, a bunch of good RBs, a decent group of WRs. If you trade Stafford, it would make sense to unload other veterans too.

If you keep Stafford, I think I would still try to trade Bell... high 2020 pick and other good piece(s).

Trading away your only starter in a superflex is not a good idea.

If you can get the 1.02 and Godwin for Stafford, that's a pretty solid deal. But I also agree that you need to move guys like Bell, Jeffery, and your TEs for more youth. Wait to move Bell after he signs. Also, hope that Foles gets traded or is somehow on a new team next year and trade him for a 1st or something good.

Unless he wants to lock up 1.01 next year. If he can move Landry and Bell.......this could be a quick turnaround after a rough 2019.

Worth mentioning I don't have my 20' 1.01 I have 19' 1.07, 3.05 + 20' 1st. The last 6 teams picks are determined by potential points.

Move Bell once he signs, or before? If he lands in a spot that's deemed "bad" do you think his value will be lower than it already is?

His value will almost assuredly go up, signing with any team is better than having no contract at all (current situation). I would wait.

This is a really bad time to try and sell Stafford. This is peak time to move Foles + Woods and probably your last chance to sell Alshon. Start with those guys

Why do you think it's my last chance to sell Alshon?

Traded Bell for 19' 1.04, Anthony Miller, 20' 1st

He's 29 and hasn't been both good and healthy since 2014. I almost never see trades unless it's a young guy with some hype or a vet on a hot streak. He's probably already past the sell point really, I'd think he be more useful to start him when he's healthy than what you'd get in return.
