Can you forward League/Team info and draft pick info...I play in 2 Devy Leagues and prefer SF leagues as well. Perfect combo for me

All teams are required to be on groupme and to be extremely responsive year round. I prefer energetic guys who are extremely engaged.
Open team (open team 2) has Four 1st round devy picks, two 2nd round devy picks, five 3rd round devy picks.
Six 1st round rookie picks and one 2nd round rookie pick.
**Devy draft is 3 rounds and rookie draft is two rounds**

yes, I recognize Red Nose and I'm in a few leagues with him. I'm interested in Team 2 but just need a few questions answered so I know exactly what the rules are around Devy's/...what round(s) are Devy and Rookie in the 5 round draft?
