J'mon Moore Development?

Do any of you Packer fans know what the deal with J'mon Moore is? He was an athletic freak coming out of the draft, but is currently buried at fifth on the depth chart behind Adams, Cobb, MVS, and St. Brown. I was excited to see him do some damage this season with Rodgers but clearly he's not ready to be unleashed yet. With Randall Cobb almost guaranteed not to come back next season, I'm wondering if stashing him would be worth it. If he ever gets on the field with Rodgers it could be special. Green Bay has a great track record with developing receivers that they drafted.

He's a fourth-round pick who needs more than half a season to develop. MVS and EQ have picked things up a little quicker, so they're on the field more now with Cobb and Allison out. Note that Moore was the most impressive rookie before the pads came on.

If you believed in him before, you knew that it would likely take some time for him to develop. No reason to bail just because he hasn't been on the field.

If you took him just as a Packers WR flier but not because you believed in him specifically, feel free to jump to MVS or EQ.

I'm holding him currently, along with Allison. Hoping they're both heavily in the mix next year, and will be interesting to see it all unfold.

As a Packer fan he was my favorite WR they took out of the 3 from draft, through to during preseason. Once the regular season came, MVS and St Brown got their shots and made the most of them. Moore hasn't even gotten many snaps during the regular season for whatever reason, but no fan will know the answer to the reasoning there.

GB doesn't give up on WR's easily (remember Adams terrible sophomore campaign...) and it could take some time for Moore to develop.

Also, there is always the possibility Cobb and Allison are gone after this year, so Moore could get his opportunities this upcoming season.

Resurrecting a post from last year...

Any Packers fans with updates on Moore? I know he was in that car accident 2 weeks ago. Is he on track to play week 1 or is he a legit cut candidate?

Thanks,
SP

He's on the roster bubble. No effects from the car accident, though.
