I'd love to get Kirk if I was that owner. I think it's a great trade. Honestly I'd take a lot of things for Brees if I was also the Mahomes owner

I still think Kirk is worth more then Brees though but I’d expect the Brees owner to say it isn’t enough

Yeah, I thought Kirk was an overpay, but i guess not in his eyes. I’m thinking of sending Lindsay for Big Ben which I don’t like since it’ll thin my RB depth this year. But it looks like I’ll have to overpay or ride out the season with Carr/Fitz

i won last year super bowl with drew stanton as my starting QB... and hundley for much of the season...
i wouldn't overpay....are there any other teams with an abundance of QBs?

Just hold it’s not worth it to trade away your young talent. I know it sucks to be shaky every week but unless you can get something that’s not an overpay you need to just hope for the best

My biggest competitor has Goff, Rivers and Cousins. He sent me a trade offer of Rivers for James’s White and a 2019 2nd. So, I really haven’t pursued anything with that owner with that type of ask for Rivers. Never heard back from the Russell owner either. Ultimately, I decided to just keep my team as is and not overpay. I went back and forth and just couldn’t pull the trigger on giving up RB depth for Big Ben. Too much uncertainty around his career after this season. I may regret it, but I’m going to roll with Fitz for as long as possible this season.
