Best Buys and Stashes 2019 edition!

We're at a point in the season where the contenders and the pretenders are separated or near separated. I wanted to see who managers are buying or stashing for the 2019 season. I will start with my favorites!

Marquez Valdes-Scantling
This ship may have already sailed in some leagues. But if hes available, get him. Now. Minimize or close this page and go get him and come back. You back? Awesome, lets continue. The Packers telegraphed for months that MVS was ahead of ESB (Equanimeous St. Brown) and J'mon Moore. But as a community, we passed over this kid. I still thought ESB was the guy and a lot of people jumped on Moore because he was drafted earliest of the 3. Well, I and we were wrong. MVS earned what is most coveted in the receivers room, which is Rodgers trust. He had first crack when Cobb and Allison went down with injury and flashed solid upside. Yes there have been growing pains, such as knowing where Rodgers wants you to be when he throws the ball. But hes built chemistry and continues to look better and better every week. The window is closing, go get him before its too late.
MVS also boasts a great athletic profile: https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/marq ... scantling/
He is the deep threat the Packers have lacked for quite some time. And you want the Aaron Rodgers deep threat.
2019 outlook: Cobb is a goner. And there's a possibility Allison is too. Allison is a restricted free agent and the Packers could use a 2nd rnd tender to keep him there. But hes is just a guy. And he is also in the process of being passed by MVS right now. He has the inside track to be the the Packers #2 receiver next year.
Stash
Justin Watson
Hes available most places and where he isnt, hes cheap. He came from a small school, so he is raw. But his athleticism and work ethic are undeniable. What tape I could find of him was impressive. Hes big, fast and can jump through the roof. The Bucs drafted him in the 5th despite having great depth at the receiver position. They also wouldn't cut him and attempt to stash him on the practice squad because they didnt believe he would clear waivers. Other teams wanted him as well but thought he would fall to the 6th or beyond. He flashed during pre season which helped him earn a roster spot. 98th percentile college dominator and 80th percentile break out age.

2019 outlook: Is surprisingly good if things fall right. Humphries is an unrestricted free agent as he is only on a 1 year 615k tender. Humphries is also replaceable talent-wise. 2019 will also be DJax last year on his contract, but can be cut with zero dead cap hit. So right now Watson could be the #4, and possibly (much less chance however) the #3 WR in Tampa as early as 2019. 2020 will be even more interesting because Evans contract is heavily front loaded, he can be cut with zero cap hit in 2020 (but I dont see a reason why that would happen). Even if the Bucs keep DJax, he has rarely been a beacon of health. If Watson gets on the field it could be the opportunity he needs. The Bucs love him, so should we.
So how bout you guys? Who ya got?
