I like Dalton way more than most but I can vision a scenario where things go to hell for Cincy and they give Finley some run. Although I don't think Finley would succeed either.

x2. Brissett will get signed somewhere with an opportunity to start. And as long as he's in Indy he's not only one of the better backups, he's in a very nice situation.

Yeah, but will Taysom Hill ever be a starting level NFL QB? He's fun as hail to watch and has made progress as a passer. Just feels like a total gimic QB, but I could be entirely wrong.

When you're talking about stashing backups in SF leagues, the guy who at least scores some points should also be considered.

I agree if you're only looking for high upside though, Hill probably isn't the best bet

You easily want to stash any guy on a team with a shaky QB:

- Mullens, SF: we've now seen Jimmy G look like bleep in the preseason...who knows what his leash could be?? Mullens proved last year that he could play. Was hoping when SF's QB coach became Denver's OC that Mullens would follow.

- Finley, Cincy: while Dalton has been serviceable, Taylor has no ties to the guy.

- Minshew, JAX: who knows which version of Foles we'll get this year.

- Grier, CAR: Cam's health is the main driver here...and he just hurt his foot last night so....

- Brissett, IND: probably have to roster him while Luck's health is still questionable, guy is pretty serviceable

- Stidham: would probably be one of the lower stashes on my list but might as well.

Brissett by a mile. He might start a game or 2( or 6 , who knows?) this year, and then get a shot to start somewhere next year.
