Keeper Question - Brees - Bell

In our league, I am able to extend 1 player's contract by 3 years and also expose another 1 player that can be picked up by another team and gain their 1st round draft pick. The pick can be anywhere in the 16 team first round. Both players are in their final year of their contracts on my team.
Which of Brees and Bell would you put where? Also, for the player not getting the extra 3 years, I would attempt to trade for more than 1 first round pick.
