i think the safe bet as of this minute is Allison, hes been very reliable and ARod trusts him (more importantly) - Cobb has been dinged up all pre and reg season so who knows if he'll make it through a season...

on the flip...i really like Keke, i dropped ~30% of my FAAB on him last night and i could see him being a very legitimate threat in the HOU offense...watching him move around the formation reminded me of Tyreek, but Keke is a total guess at this point moving forward

Same could be said about Cobb's injury history. Allison got 11 targets last week and he didn't even finish out the game. I think it's close and there's probably no right answer, but I'd lean Allison right now. He's also done it a few times, as opposed to one game from Coutee.

Coutee looked awfully explosive last week. I can see the Texans using his speed as a gadget player where he should see plenty of touches.

Short term is lean Allison.
Long term I’d take Coutee.

Seems like a hot take, but Matt Waldman believes Coutee can be a guy that gets 80-100 receptions in Houston (not this year, but eventually), even with Nuk and Fuller there. He thinks Coutee's fit in Houston is ideal.

Imagine for a moment that Allison were a 3rd-round pick in 2016. He didn't see the field much his first year because he was acknowledged as extremely raw and without skills to help on special teams. In 2017, because of the trio of Adams, Nelson, and Cobb -- and the Rodgers injury derailed much of the season anyway -- his contributions were minimal, yet he continued to impress coaches and, perhaps more importantly, Rodgers. The times that he had to play in both his first years, he exceeded expectations.

When talking about the wide receivers in the off-season, Rodgers continually -- and unprompted -- noted Allison for both his off-field preparation and his on-field performance. By week 5 in the NFL season, it seems clear that Allison is the #2 WR in Green Bay -- and deservedly so.

We'd all be sky-high on Allison, recognizing that he is now realizing the potential that made him a 3rd-round draft pick. But, draft bias continues to plague us three years later.

Coutee did have a great game. I'd love to take a flyer on him. But, Allison had a great game is faaaaar more than a flyer: He is a reliable WR3 right now with a real chance of that improving.

i love coutee but his sample size is pretty small--as in, one game. i'd take allison for coutee if offered to me, because of his past production, Rodgers, and the opps he'll have for a huge target share next year.

Waldeman is notorious for these and draws a lot of conclusions without much basis. By itself that's not a reason to prefer Allison, but I personally don't understand how there are this many votes (or nearly any votes) for Coutee. The gap here for me is quite large.
