I've seen pretty bad offers out there for Gronk...so I think this is a pretty decent offer... The first is mid to early...

With your roster, the uncertainty of Gronks future I don’t blame you for taking the deal. I’d be open to moving all of your starters and doing a complete rebuild. Wilson is set at qb. Other than that I’d trade as much off as possible, get the first pick and have as much draft ammo as possible going into 2019.

It's not a bad return, but personally I would prefer something else instead of butt. Maybe see if he is willing to throw in a higher pick than the 3rd or a better player. I would also be looking to cash in on guys like baldwin, barber, jeffery, dez, lewis, lynch, etc once they have some good games.

Pretty terrible offer. Even if you're going to rebuild, wait until Gronk has a couple 8/150/2 games to start the season with Edelman out, and then put him on the block.

I'm planning to wait it out, I know he can rip some good games as Brady is probably going to key on him with the weak WR's corp...
I'm holding out for two 2019 1st's so I can have a total of four next year or I want some youth with promise instead of just picks....Butt is definitely not something I'm interested in....If I can get the two 1st's I think i'd have to take it.
