Alshon Jeffery, is he all that?

I was wondering what the community are doing with Alshon Jeffery now - buy, sell or hold?

I'm thinking that he's a buy being tied to a great offence and having another year with the playbook.

I think if you have realistic expectations, he's a great buy. Tied to Wentz with a nice contract. Yeah, he probably won't play a full season, but he's the clear WR1, in a great offense. Good pieces around him so he's not expected to do it all. Solid WR2 with potential to finish the year a low-end WR1...900 10. Good buy at current ADP but there's obvious injury risk.

I could see him having multiple TD weeks this year for sure ..

I'm holding him. In a great offense with a young QB he's tied to for the next few years. Worried about being ready for the season with his shoulder surgery but like him in that offense and around the goalline for sure.

Rec74 yards 824 TD 8

57 789 9

62 768 8

This is the eagles top 3 receivers stats from last year. Saying anyone is a "clear wr1" is not accurate. They have such great success because there is no WR1, they spread the ball around. As far as the OP, Alshon is a hold.

He has been one of the most overrated guys for years in this community.

He's either a slight buy or a hold. It's a mystery with all these moving parts in the Eagles offense.

Over valued. If u can get his worth, trade him.

He was WR13 in my league last year. DLF average has him at WR20. 2015 and 2016 his ppg were high end WR2 and mid WR3, but he missed games. I'd say he's ranked about right, maybe a little low.

I own him and Agholor. I haven't been able to decide what to do with them all summer. Just a wait and see.

I think he's priced correctly, I open to move him, but his perceived injury prone tag really keeps anyone in my league from having any realistic interest.

I think he's a solid hold, maybe a little overvalued on this forum. He's one of those guys that's a better NFL player than fantasy, which I think a lot of us (myself very much included) have trouble distinguishing.

If he doesn't score 8+ TD's he's essentially a depth piece at best. Not a player you can trust at all as an auto-start.

Good player, but he's not getting any better. If you can get him for fair value, he's a good buy but I wouldn't move younger pieces for him.

If I own him, I'm holding. If not, I'm buying. His value is much lower than similar WRs.
