Seems like these two have been flip flopping back and forth from a value standpoint.
What are the group's thoughts on the 2018 value of each player?

Depends completely on whether you think recent medical improvements will allow Foreman to recover well. Personally I'm betting on Foreman's potential upside over Miller, who looked utterly lackluster to me last season.
