32-Team English Premier League style league

Starting a 32-Team league on MFL that has incorporated many different attributes: Superflex, Salary Cap, Devy, IDP, Relegation, 3X player copies (see bylaws for the full rundown).
I currently have 10-12 owners from other leagues, and am looking for dedicated owners that are looking to take over a franchise. League fee will be $25/yr ($50 in year 1 + $2-3/yr for site fee) and will be through Leaguesafe - for our friends abroad, Paypal can be used to transfer the money and put into Leaguesafe by the commissioner.
The big twist to this league is that it is setup like the English Premier league and uses many Footbol related league themes, scoring principles, and matchup settings. A few of these include:
- Head-to-head matchups are scored the same way: Win-3 pts, Tie- 1pt, Loss- 0 pts - and yes there will be ties in this league in regular season matchups.
- Each team will play two regular season matchups each week, as well as other cup matchups to be included.
- After the first season, half of the league will be relegated to a secondary league. Every year after that teams will be relegated/promoted based on season performance.
