Evans for Henry and picks
Evans for Henry and picks
I was offered Mike Evans for Derrick Henry, a 2019 1st and a 2020 1st. The value seems good but I'm worried Evans is the receiver we saw last year and not the previous years due to various factors, mainly the number of viable receiving options that are growing up on Tampa. Thoughts?

Re: Evans for Henry and picks
Looking at your team I would not make the deal. I do not think you are 100% for competing and have your picks at a mid level. I'd swap out the 2020 and put in Woods and see how that goes.
Not worried about Evans myself.

Re: Evans for Henry and picks
As long as neither of those picks end up being very early, I'd make that trade.

That's a first too many for me.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Re: Evans for Henry and picks
That's about as cheap as you'll get Evans. Henry had zero PPR upside, he's a two down thumper, so it all depends how you think his career arc will go. A 2020 first is two years out, so I think this is actually quite a good deal for Evans. It's basically 3 firsts for Evans, but one is a year away, and one is two years away. I think it's the best deal you'll get.

If counter with Henry a 1st and a 2nd and see where that gets you...
Not a bad deal though.
