Ertz - which Running Backs are his equal in value???

I just realized all 3 of my TEs have the same bye week this upcoming season so it looks like I might need to make a trade. My TEs are Doyle, Ebron, and Ertz. Ertz was a stud last year so I originally was thinking on trading one of the others but now I'm thinking maybe I could address another big weakness, RB.

If you were trading Ertz in a 12 team, 1qb, 2 RB, 2WR, 2flx, 1TE league (see team in my signature), what would his worth be compared to a RB? What RBs would you target? Or would you NOT consider trading him, find another way.

I'll probably be targeting a TE to get back in a deal too but I need a good idea as to what RB equals Ertz so I can check out what TEs are owned by the same owner that has a comparable RB.

Thanks in advance

i'd rather see if you could get anything for ebron. Your rbs aren't that bad. Definitely need a boost to compete, but why trade away such a good value like Ertz and then have to decide every week which colts te to start. Look to package ebron or doyle with one of your RBs (Drake or Collins) and see if you can get a slight upgrade to one of them. I only mention these two since there are some owners out there who are high on Drake and collins.

I think his value is somewhere between Howard and Henry.

Howard > Ertz

Ertz > Henry

Howard > Ertz

Ertz > Henry
id agree with this but i personally would rather have ertz than howard. I would only trade ertz for someone like melvin gordon or devante freeman

I think you'd be losing value by trading ertz. I don't see you getting a secure enough running back to make up the difference from having a game changing TE each week.

I wouldn't trade Ertz either. I'd value him at whomever you think is 1.2, that is, your favorite rook after Barkley.

I decided to keep Ertz and I was able to trade Doyle and Sanu for Gore and Burton. I know Gore is a one year rental but he's nice to have if Drake gets injured, then again, is Gore a one year rental? Maybe he'll play for another 10 years or more, he's not human.

I don't think I'd play Sanu unless things really got really ugly and Doyle would never get played unless Ertz got injured. So Burton has some upside and I keep Ertz, and, best of all, they have different bye weeks.

As usual, thanks for the input!

Not sure if Gore really fixes your problem, but I like your team alot more post trade. I'd still look for another rb, maybe shop Burton around, people are high on him
