2018 Rule change vote: 5th year options

Currently the salary / bonus structure for the 5th year option is not explicitly stated in the rules, but I think its basically implied that the salary / bonus of the 5th year is the same as the previous 4. That's how we've handled 5th year options so far.
I simply want to explicitly state this in the rules.

Yes... this isn't so much a rule change but simply a clarification / explicitly stating this in the rules. I only put it to a vote because it's technically a change.
