12.5 million dollars from the Rams?! Maybe they should sign him so they can at least get something for all that cash!

I don't think that has anything to do against their salary cap though so signing him would be a dumb idea

yeah, that money is from an injury settlement when he played with the 49's. No way that counts against the cap.
