-Orphan team has the #2 pick in all 7 rounds of the rookie/FA draft and has all of their 2019 picks.
-League fee is $50 per year plus $5.83 for the MFL fee. Will need to pay for this year and 2019 up front, so $111.66 total ($50 league fee x2 plus $5.83 MFL fee x2).
