Free Startup 2QB Dynasty League on Flea *FULL

I'm thinking about starting a new league free league on flea. It would be a true 2QB League with 6 pt passing TD's, 1.5PPR for TE, 1PPR for all else, a few big yardage bonuses, and 12 Teams. Joining groupme for this league would be a non negotiable requirement. The draft would start once full and be a slow email draft. Being as it would be a free league picks would only be allowed to be traded out one year in advance. There would be a 4 round rookie draft each year.
