Call me crazy but contrary to popular opinion, I rarely look at needing my rookies to produce in year one and enjoy evolving long term plans much more than any win now strategy. Even when my roster is loaded I never makes trades that sacrifice the future for this year.

This year is no exception and I have the 1.03, & 1.09 but do not need either pick to contribute right away in my signature team. With that being said, how would you rank the top 15 or so guys for 2019 and beyond in PPR? Do chubb and Guice rise into a tier beyond Penny's? Does Freeman leave kerryon and Michel in the dust? Do Kirk or Sutton prove to be superior to Ridley and dj moore after a year of roster changes? Would love to hear what some of you guys think as my draft strategy is basically geared for 2019+...

Here's my rankings today:
1) Barkley
2) Chubb
3) Guice
4) Penny
5) Freeman
6) Rojo
7) Michel
8) Sutton
9) Kerryon
10) Ridley
11) Miller
12) Kirk
13) Dj Moore
14) Gallup
15) Pettis

 We use a hybrid of what you are talking about here. Certain positions need immediate help so we draft accordingly. Others we see no player cracking our starters so we draft according to future potential... The sweet spot is when a player fits both criteria. VOILA !!! Instant Gold
