Is Crowell going to be the starter for Jets and what do you guys think of his dynasty value??

Yes he's the starter. For now. And only a 2-down guy. At best he will be a 225 touch guy. At worst he loses his job outright by week-9 to Rawls, Powell, a rookie, etc.

I see the Jets backfield as a big, fat, frustrating RBBC situation.

He was a sell last offseason. Now he's a hold. He could flirt with 1,000 yards.

Easily the best early down back they have, and they traded away their 2nd rounders for a QB, so I think they will address other needs when they finally pick in round 3, I believe it is. He should still put up at least 25 catches, and I think 900-1000 yards on the ground is more than realistic. I would not sell unless I got a very early 2nd.

I'm one of the few here, and believe in Crowell.

He's a solid runner, not game breaking but very solid. He averaged 5.5 YPC in college and Senior year 6.6.

On the browns where everyone knew they were running averaged 4.2 YPC. The Jets have a Knack for producing good runners, especially in a weak rushing division, Think about it, every rusher in that division puts out solid numbers. Back to back years of 1000 yards from scrimmage. Bowles is a RB coach, and I think hes talented enough to hold off Powell, McGwire, and company.

Id say if you can hes a buy, if you have him hold and enjoy!.

What a difference a year makes! last year he was valued around the 1.06 to many owners. Looking at this one had me review a bunch of ~10 month old threads and it continues to amaze me on how little we know. There was a Crowell vs Cook poll and it was way to close, even for that time period.
