URGENT: Need 2 owners for ONGOING draft for startup league

Hello everyone,
We have had two teams bail once the draft had started. I am looking for 2 active owners to fill the vacancies. One team is paid for, the other is not. This is the general format for the league:
32 teams
$123m Hard Salary
IDP
40 Player Roster
1 Starting RB or 2 RB if on same NFL team.
Avg Bye Week Points
Future Fees due when own future picks traded
Open Team #1 ($50):

Solomon Thomas

Marcus Williams
Total salary used so far: $40.5 / $123
Open Team #2 (Free for year 1):
