I've got a 12 team startup and i'm looking for owners, league will consist as follows:

Salary Cap/Contract
IDP
Tiered PPR
Devy

Prefer owners with salary cap experience but willing to give anyone a shot. League will have theme, each owner will choose there favorite all time player and that player will be on team banner, basically site will be custom designed.
