Really interesting to hear that he was playing through injury last year. His first two seasons were promising but how much has he fallen?

I'd give a late 2nd or early 3rd for a team needing WR depth. I think there's an alright chance that he comes back and serves as a dynasty WR3

If this is for the first team in your sig, I might. Looks to me like that team needs to rebuild, you've only got one starting QB in a SFlex, and your best assets are old. I'd try and move your players like Gordon, Green, Baldwin, and Gronk before J. Matt. They're coveted assets, even if folk are down on some of them.

I've sent out countless offers for all these guys and gotten nothing but terrible value for all them.

Someone offered the 1.09, Moncrief, and Rishard Matthews for my A.J. Green and 2.06... Will probably sell Gronk in season for more value.

thanks for the advice.

His value depends on Buffalo QB, if they start a rookie, I would sell. If they sign a solid veteran he's worth a late 2nd early 3rd.

Tough to say though I'm probably accepting anything 2.08 to 3.05 if i own.

Selling JMatt now would be pointless, unless you both really need the roster space and you've lost faith. If he's really healthy for OTA's, it'll likely still take him a year to prove himself. If he stays with the Bills, it'll probably be with a new QB. If not, it's with a new QB. Either way, a return to form isn't likely until at least late in the year.

I do happen to still believe in JMatt and think the injury causation is a likely theory explaining his drop off. In the right team / role / QB and with health, I can seem him returning to ~high end WR2 (80 - 1,000 - 8 TD's). Probably wrong though.

That's insane. An offer like that would make me rethink approaching that owner about a trade ever again.

I tacked him on to the end of a package deal to get Brees in a 2 QB league.

A few weeks later he was flipped for a 6th round pick. Keep in mind, deep rosters will full IDP but still his value is way way down......

I agree that his is a pretty terrible offer, but that being said a lot of guys start out there offers really low like this hoping to "catch the sucker" usually I use this as a convo starter and move it much higher, showing them how I value my players, and if we are both lucky we meet somewhere in the middle where it's more fair compensation. If not, "have a nice day".
