Looking for startup league with 2018 rookies included in draft

Looking to join a startup league where 2018 rookies are a part of the draft as players, not as picks like 1.1, 1.2 etc. Preferably PPR. Open to devy and/or superflex. If anyone knows of a startup like that happening with openings, please PM me or email me at stevencarle05 at gmail dot com. Thanks

Well that couldn't be further from the truth. I posted the league on Monday and am emailing everyone today (Wednesday)
I was doing my do diligence on owners and ensuring active people only.
