What's the difference between a regular dynasty and a devy league?

A devy (developmental player) league includes players who are still in college. It is otherwise the same as a dynasty league, but also includes a devy draft (or in some cases a combined devy/rookie draft) so there's an extra element of scouting and drafting players who aren't yet in the NFL.
