You may want to try the Commish Corner or better yet the CSS subforum of the MFL community forum. Though my sense is that Skip is correct.

If replying to a thread click on full editor & preview.

Another way to do it is (for images on your computer) - again go into the full editor.
At the bottom next to options is Attachments / add files
