I'm much lower on Henry than consensus, but I'll take him here. His career arc has a safer floor. They have similar ceilings and similar floors for 2018 tho.

Henry by a lot. Even in college, Drake was Henry's backup for a reason.

Henry for sure, though I'm higher on Drake than most. Still, if its a startup I'm definitely taking Henry over Drake if both available when I'm on the clock.

as an owner of both, Give me Henry. Both have upside, but I feel Henry has more of a floor.

Henry pretty easily. Drake is a promising player but I feel like people are really overvaluing him this offseason.

Or you can have them both like me...and feel nervous about your RB situation, haha. I take Henry all day though.

Agreed.
Barry Sanders was Thurman Thomas backup in college. I'm sure there was a reason but it didn't have much to do with which one was a better pro.

Different styles that require a different fit in the team's offense. Henry has the higher floor due to his strength in getting the grinding yardage and volume carries to wear down a defense.

Drake could be a more versatile threat with a 3 down skillset to get the garbage yards when team is losing while Derrick can disappear if Titans fall behind big in 2nd half.

Would give Henry the edge but not by a whole lot. Biggest thing is Gase is a flaky coach who doesn't seem to want to give a guy the whole load or as much as they can handle. As soon as he could he jettisoned Ajayi and then only gave Drake the touches out of necessity with the Damien Williams injury forced his hand.

Sanders was the backup his first two years, which isn't very uncommon (especially back then) in college. He went on to start his 3rd season and win the Heisman. Drake is older than Henry and still backed him up and was always a backup. Drake isn't Sanders and wasn't better than Henry in college and won't be better than him in the pros.
