So... suddenly McDaniels WON'T be the Colts HC? That sucks... that's why I kept getting frustrated hearing people loosely throw around terms like, "the new Indy head coach" and "they'll just make it official after the SB"... man this is real life, it means nothing until it's on paper!

Well... I think Stefon Diggs might have something to say about that :ewink:

But yes, it's always good to see guys succeed. He will certainly have a role in the NFL for years to come.

I'm picking PHI by 10. NE down by 3 going into 4th quarter, just like the script says. But PHI D rises up on the final drive, pick 6.

Sitting Malcolm Butler is the dumbest thing ever. And not only that, the reasoning by Belichick (game-plan decision) and the fact that Butler had no idea is a complete joke

If it was a gameplan decision, why not inform the whole team earlier in the week so they can prepare....

There's the NFL at it again lol

Yeah, I really would like to know the reason Butler was benched.
I have to think that if he was in the game, this game probably would have gone differently.

I mean - as soon as they adjusted and had Gillmore shadow Jeffery, he was erased.

Today i already got this post-SB "feeling"...Strange when i know how i was skeptical about this year PO. But SB 52 was too much of a greatness (while preaching for NE). Even better than last year. I was confident that Foles would be the only guy able to step up in this last step and possibly beat NE. He did. But Pederson was a God playcaller too. Brady did Brady...500y 3 TD...not enough...amazing.

Who i was thinking about after everything was over ? Philly fans of course but specially my school trip host family 20 years ago in this town. And there i said to myself...yeah it's really great...only for this reason.

See you soon NFL games !

Yeah I kind of assumed it was just a negotiating tactic for more money or whatnot.

On the bright side now there is a 0% chance he can trade away Andrew Luck. ;)

It's very possible that Belichick is taking the heat to help Butler out. Maybe Butler violated some team rules...maybe he did something really dumb that would damage his future contract possibilities with another team. Bill does him a solid and tells the media it was a gameplan decision, and now New England fans hate Bill. How do you criticize that guy?
