Looking for startup auction

Looking for a preferably free dynasty startup (#brokecollegestudent) with auction format, IDP with balanced scoring. Preferably 14+ teams or SFlex/2QB if 12 team.
If I can get enough people that are looking for the same thing I'll look into doing a startup and commishing it.
