How was the Jags D against Pitt?
You dont think jags d is legit? Pats dont have a brown or a bell. Jags d will be able to put loads of pressure on tb12 so well see

Someone just highlighted that in his predraft scouting profile it stated that Marcus Williams will often go for the big hit instead of playing the ball. Well, it seems like that happened tonight.

Don't get me wrong, their D is legit. But the Steelers had no problem putting up points on them. NE certainly doesn't have a Bell or AB, but they still have Gronk and some other very talented weapons... Most of all they have Bill and Tom. They will not struggle to beat Jax.

I actually expect this game to be a good one and would not be surprised to see jags win. Call me crazy. I also hate patriots so my view may be a tad skewed :shifty:

I mean, it's not whining when it's true.....lol 3 of the 4 QBs are mediocre by today's standards in the NFL but what do they all have in common, stout defenses like the Brad Johnsons and Trent Dilfers before them, history could repeat itself again.

Regardless, I agree that Marcus Williams tackle attempt may be one of the worst I've ever seen. Even if you're trying not to draw a penalty you literally just threw yourself out of the play, while hopefully knowing you are the last line of defense.

Can you imagine the emotional/mental crash you would feel though, after being one of the (if not THE) best human beings to ever play a game that is the most popular form of entertainment in America, and you've been doing it for 2 decades? You will want to play until your limbs fall off... it is what you are.

I can't imagine what it's like to be Jordan for the last 15 years. Not to get all deep and weepy, but... it's real.

Yeah the remaining teams don’t deserve to be there. I mean who cares about defense anyways...all that matters in the playoffs is that we see the same QBs year after year because no one else can play well enough to deserve anything. Oh wait...Keenum has outplayed most QBs this year? Doesn’t matter because he was undrafted so he sucks and doesn’t deserve this! And the Vikings, jaguars and eagles defenses are all legit? Doesn’t matter because defense can’t win championships.
Do I have the right train of thought?

It's going to be the Queens vs the Goatriots. I think Keenum will muster enough offense to pull out an ugly road win and I cannot see Bill not being able to scheme against Bottles and James. What does he do so Well? Take an opponent's best weapom away or at the very least neutralize it. So Fournette would be that, putting it in the hands of the QB. I think they will win comfortably in the end.
