Good player that demolished weaker competition. Can be a 3 down back but could also flop just as easy

He looks good and performed well in his limited chances against better competition too. I think he will be a solid pro and wish he was more under the radar, which he won t be as much as I would like come draft time.

I'm extremely high on him. He did play against lesser comp, however he passes the eye test to me. Go watch the highlights against Arizona State from this past fall. He dominated in many different ways. ASU doesn't have a great defense, but it was against a power 5 school. Definitely a 3 down back if given the opportunity, and because he backed up Pumphrey for a couple years he doesn't have as much wear on him as other seniors.

Like Penny a lot. He's this years Kareem Hunt in the right situation. Potential to be the 1.2 in this class for me if everything breaks right. I'm interested to see how he tests.

saw his coach say he might run a 4.49 at the combine , if so he will rocket up the ranks to near the top . My real thought is why isn't the aztec run game mentor employed in the NFL , 2000 yard rbs don't grow on trees and he has had 2 guys in a row and 4 straight years with a 2000+ total scrimmage yards rb .

Penny had a very nice showing at the combine, if he gets picked up in a nice situation he will continue to rise up draft boards.

I think he will be heavily dependent on situation as far as his rookie pick value goes. 3rd round to the Bucs or something like that and he could end up going pretty high.

Looked good in the game, but reports were that he was terrible in practices throughout the week. So Senior Bowl week was kinda a mixed bag for him. After having a strong combine, wish his team had been on tv more so we could have seen him in game action.

High upside low floor mid- late first guy right now

I have the 1.12 in my team 2 and plan on taking a WR as I have Gurley/Kamara//D Henry/Hyde
But if Penny makes it to the 1.12 as he may, I think he's worth the risk/reward late 1st pickup
