Jamaal Williams value

I have an opportunity to get a 1st round pick for Packers RB Jamaal Williams. It would be a late 1st (12-team league) I’m wondering what Williams’ dynasty value is and if I should make the deal

Thanks!

I'd take the pick. I still think Jones is their best RB option.

1st by a mile. Far too many unknowns in that GB backfield to pass up a late first for

Pick. Easily.

I like Jamaal Williams and drafted him in a few leagues, but I think he's a replaceable talent that arguably has two RBs just as good if not better than him already on his team (when healthy). I think he'll produce for fantasy when given opportunity (Buck Allen, Alfred Morris, Latavius Murray), but it wont take an elite talent to relegate him to COP/backup duties.

I'd actually contemplate keeping Williams, but I've been higher on him than almost anyone not named Matt Waldman.

What are the starting requirements? PPR?

I was definitely one of the few on the Jamaal Williams hype train all off-season, but in terms of roster value...do you not think the 2018 1st is a much safer asset to invest in?

The are too many risks for me to take a 1st over him right now:

-Is he better than Ty Montgomery? Maybe no
-Is he better than Aaron Jones? Many would have said no as recently as two weeks ago
-The 2018 RB class is another deep one, so it wouldn't take a 1st-2nd round pick to relegate all of the GB RBs to backup duty

Heck, some (myself included) really like Devante Mays. Considering what it would cost to acquire Ty/Jones/Williams right now, I feel like Mays is the better value play/dart throw (probably free)
