Redraft league PPR 12 team

Start up to 4 RBs but ravens cant pass and woodhead is coming back. Tough call, who do I go with and why?

HONEstly it comes down to needs here. I see them as equal as far as production goes, Guess it depends on which sport you’re hurting the most.
