Safe to cut ties with Crowder?

Talk about an underwhelming start to the season. Even after the organization having said they want to target him more he has been doing basically nothing all year. I'm in a pickle because we start 3 WR and a WR/TE flex and with multiple byes I'm forced to start him this week. Players like Robby Anderson, Juju, Cook, Kroft are on the waiver and all have outscored crowder in ppg
Are you willing to cut ties with crowder at this point in the season? It should be noted that this is only a 2 person keeper league and with OBJ/AB there is a zero percent chance I will consider keeping him on my roster next year.
