I think it's definitely fair. I'm being offered him for a late 1st and I'm not buying. 2nd round I would give especially if RB is a need.

I would probably pay a late 1st if I was in need of an RB, so an early 2nd is a good deal. CJA has question marks, but is young and has produced big time.
