IMO, Adams > Allen. And it's not too close...

Kelce > Gronk (gronk a bit Bette in talent, Kelce based on his lack of an injury history)
Keenan > Adams
I'd do it immediately.

Don't panic, trade for a lower tier wr or stream guys. Research often trumps the most talented lineups managed by the uninformed.
