Basically. The Browns pass on franchise QBs, so they can draft garbage. Repeatedly. Manziel over...anyone, but especially Carr, was moronic. I thought passing on Wentz was a mistake, but somewhat understandable given his collegiate competition level (@ 2 overall). But Watson? At some point, as a franchise, you might wanna stop trying to prove you're smarter than everyone else, when you've repeatedly demonstrated that you're the worst run franchise in (major American) sports.

That's what you get when you have too many players from the same team...they have an off week and you lose. That's how you chose to construct your roster (cuz you're a homer).
