I'm not a Mathews fan so I would side with the Golladay side pretty easily.

I'm not a matthews fan, but it feels like you are trading a WR3 for a 2nd and a 3rd, which is too light for me. You'd have to think there's a strong chance that Golladay is a WR2 or better for me to make this move.

I'd do this deal and then try to flip Golladay immediately...maybe use him in a package deal for a WR1.

I'd want at least a 2nd pick instead of a 3rd. It's very rare a 3rd round rookie pick is fantasy value IMO and we still don't know how Golladay will pan out. You know JMatt is the Bills number one. That's worth more then this offer.

This if really looking to move JMatt. Otherwise I'd probably just hold JMatt (if you can't get a better pick).
