Keep Demariius Thomas or Tyreek Hill.

My gut tells me Tyreek but rankings suggest DT

Without any details about your team or the league, I'd keep DT -- easily. Hill is all speculation; DT is proven and consistent -- with upside himself.

DT, easily.

I go DT, but the upside and excitement for Hill is real. I think DT has a much much much higher floor, but Hill's ceiling could be huge.

Yeah, I guess I don't see why you wouldn't keep the guy that is consistently a WR1/2. Is Hill really that exceptional? maybe I should go re-watch tape
