Best rookie RB after the top 4

My draft starts tomorrow and I have to get back to work so I was hoping I could post a quick question and when I get home late I'd have some knowledge waiting for me to digest.
Rookie and F-A draft so Lynch, Burkhead, J.Richard, J.Williams.

12 team PPR, PP 4 rushes, PP 25 return yds
1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1FLX

picking 1-6, 1-8, 3-5 (currently no 1st or 2nd for 2018)

My RBs are awful, WRs really good aside from age. (just took over a week ago.

RBs- Gore, Sproles, RyMat, J.White

WRs- Landry, Jordy, Hopkins, Sneed, Edelman, R.Matthews, Garcon,

TEs-Walker, J.Thomas

everyone in the top 8 need RBs so, I'm sure the top 4 plus Davis will be gone @ 6.

Tentatively planning to get an RB @ 6 and TE @ 8 and best RB left @ 3-5 or BPA if no RBs left.

Who is the best long term RB after the top 4?

I really appreciate any insight you can give as I keep waffling on my pick.

The RBs I like the most: 1. Foreman 2. McNichols 3. Joe Williams 4. Perine 5. Brian Hill 6. Mack
Granted McNichols + Hill you should not touch as the 4th RB off the board lol.

How the rest of the community will view RBs, probably based mostly on opportunity: 1. Hunt/Perine 2. Kamara (to me, only in PPR) 3. Foreman 4. Joe/Jamaal Williams/Mack

Foreman. Where you can get him is debatable but I'm betting people will be kicking themselves for overthinking it. Most mocks pre draft had him ad the 5th RB anyway:

All he did was get drafted to a team who plays great defense and wants to run the ball with a young QB. He has elite measurables and upside, played through injury, showed he can carry the load (a 50 carry game), and he's got an element of big play ability to him that someone like Perine doesn't. I guess it's Lamar Miller that scares people, but I'm drafting on talent and letting everything else work itself out. I expect Miller's carried to be closer to 200 like they were the prior 3 years.

I'd take Perine, then either Hunt or Foreman with 1.8. Not really the common opinion though

Hunt, Kamara, Foreman in that order for me.

I have Kamara, Foreman, Mack, Hunt, and Perine.

Foreman mostly because I have L.Miller

I'm telling you, don't sleep on Mack. He has a path to move up quickly once Gore runs out of gas. Maybe not this year, but next year he will be in the mix.

I like Perine for 2017 better than Hunt or Foreman but for overall dynasty value I'd put it as Foreman, Hunt, Perine in that order. Just my preference. Kamara is solid but I just can't get behind him. I think it's the uncertainty at the QB position in NO after Brees retires. Of course, I'll be eating my words if he turns into the next Darren Sproles in the next two years. Time will tell I guess. But I'd rather have the big and fast RB who can take a beating between the tackles and had tremendous college production to prove his workhouse ability.

I wouldn't really chase any of the RBs left at 1.06 or maybe even 1.08 to be honest. For me...if I was targeting RBs I think the best bet might be to try and trade back into the 2nd and just take what's still there in that next tier of Hunt, Foreman, Kamara, Perine & Mack.

I would take Mike Williams at 1.06 then Perine/Foreman at 1.08. If you really want an RB at 1.06 look to trade Mike Williams for one of the Kamara/Hunt/Mack + something after the draft is over.

I would take a TE in the third round, this draft is loaded with potential TE studs and it takes a couple years usually to develop anyways. You should be able to trade for one mid season if you don't get one in the third round.

Thanks for all the replies. Some good info and ideas.
Not much of a consensus at this area in this draft.

In PPR, I go Kamara, but those next 3-4 guys are really close. They shouldn't go over Williams in any case, short of in "point per carry" leagues.
