Should I be looking to trade for a WR1 or RB?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Should I be looking to trade for a WR1 or RB?

Postby jojo5151 » Wed Jun 21, 2017 2:19 pm

For team one in sig. Looking to target a bona fide #1 . Assuming Coop takes the next step I think I can do some damage even with an aging McCoy as we only have to start one RB. Should I try to package a few assets for a #1 WR or try to nab another RB to pair with Shady ?

If you're only going to start one that means you need to upgrade your WR 4.

Agreed, Moncrief is wack. But, I have no advice on how to do so. So I guess my post is useless. lol

No, I think you should trade for more depth. Your team can't afford any injuries and navigating through bye weeks is going to be difficult unless you add a few more pieces.
QB: D. Watson, T. Taylor, J. Driskel, J. Johnson, C. Rush, N. Sudfeld, M. White
RB: C. McCaffrey, C. Carson, K. Johnson, R. Penny, J. Samuels, D. Pumphrey

In a non-ppr, I'd look to upgrade at RB. If you can get anything decent for Moncrief, do it. Also, can you update your picks in your sig to make it more clear whether or not those are the rounds in 2017 or the actual picks.

Always be trying to improve. If as appears you don't start a TE look to move Olsen, though I'm not sure what value he'd have in a league like that. Could package with moncrief or Britt for something more solid. McCoy is good for now and gillislee as back up is decent, he should be getting a fair amount of Blount's 18 td's from last year, but another RB wouldn't go amiss

I think people don't trust Sammy because of injuries & mediocre qb play. The talents never been a question.

Agree with the RB side. That should be your priority right now. I think Alshon will have a nice bounce back year. I think Sammy could also...
Find an RB and you'll be set.
