4. Fix issue with Thursday night games.
-Team A doesn’t set lineup for team until after the Thursday game to see if a player does well or not. If they do well they leave them in, if not then they still can make changes because lineup was never set.S
Lock in players who play on Thursday night to where they're assigned at game time Thursday. This will be taken care of by changing the settings in MFL.

No, players are not locked in at game time Thursday if their team is playing.

Yes....remove the automatic carry-over of lineups from the previous week and this problem solves itself.
