I was wondering if this thread was going to show up lol. Yea, part of me is wondering where he'll go. Whenever the guy got targets he converted them for value. It will be interesting to see if a better team picks him up and gives him a shot. I wouldn't mind if my Lions kicked the tires, but I doubt it.

no, I gave up on strong .. I did invest some time watching with the Sun Devils there .. his hype video stay Strong etc.. He has made some nice plays, but at this venture I think he is one of those that may not put it together ..

Seems like a player Chicago should check out. Outside of UFA Gentry there is literally zero size in the wr room for the Bears.

I like the talent but it's really really bad when a highly respected offensive coach like obrien dumps you when you have a major need at that position.

He's someone that's worth a shot on the waiver wire if you have room, but for me, the guys at the end of my bench are guys like Breida, Agholar and Riddick, so I'm not going for it.

pass for meTexans are among the most WR needy teams...if they cut him I am not sure what teams will make room for him. He may get a PS invite from the Pats so BB can pick his brain on the HOU offense this week although it would seem like overkill given the matchup

Considering Jaelen Strong was waived and replaced in a corresponding move by a WR that spent last year on the Cowboys practice squad and had been released twice by the cowboys and once by the Texans in Andy Jones, I think that's all I need to know about Strong's potential future. Given his Marijuana suspension I'll venture to guess he probably wasn't focused on football.

Not surprising at all. Work Ethic is one of the biggest makes or breaks at the NFL level. He probably coasted through college on natural talent and never developed any work ethic

I didn't draft him, but I've got 2 shares of him in deep leagues where he was essentially free. Just in case he gets picked up by the Bears, Colts, or Browns... I'll probably cut him tho.

As others have wisely stated, him getting replaced by a no-name WR isn't a good sign...

The hill is steep and he's at the bottom.

He was one of my preseason cuts. Jacksonville landing spot isn't enticing enough for me to consider picking him back up.
