A few trades offer - seeking advice (update again)

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

A few trades offer - seeking advice (update again)

Postby Golly Dagger » Mon May 22, 2017 10:18 pm

For Team 2 in Sig:

D. Cook/L. Murray/Zenner/2018 first for Gordon
D. Cook/L. Murray/Snead/2018 first (update) for Gordon
D. Cook/L. Murray/Kupp for Gordon
Now receiving offer of McCoy/Gillislee for Gordon (update)

I'm leaning towards the first or second deal - but seeking advice before I make any moves.

Thanks in advance!

#1 or #2 would be the only ones I might take, but it's really tempting to see what Gordon can do with those two nice rookie offensive lineman that the Chargers drafted.

Yeah, that's definitely what holds me back a little. Still no one back there to challenge him for much work either.

Melvin or Josh?

On a more serious note I would keep Gordon. I think the first offer is the best one but I think of it as two mid 1st round draft picks and at most two 3rd round picks for Gordon. The two 3rds are not that tempting to me and I rather have Gordon than two first round picks. You should also consider the fact that you will probably cut some players to make room for the unbalanced trade. It all depends on how you value those certain players.

McCoy/ Gill is only one I'd entertain. Would likely keep Gordon.

Been looking at what Gill has done stat wise and it's pretty crazy. Curious how that translates to NE.
My PPR dynasties (QB/RB/WR/TE/FL):

Under construction...just noticed teams I had shown were very different than where they are now (lots of trading last 12 months). LOL

I favor staying with Gordon but the first offer is tempting.

The first one would be the only one I'd consider.

The 1st offer is tempting. But I'd keep Gordon. I think he's going to have a great year after another year of improving his skills and the team helping with the line. Plus no Woodhead means he'll be on the field more.

So after declining the offers - the second offer now includes a first.
So it is: Cook/Murray/Snead/1st for Gordon

Still leaning towards keeping I think. That first make the difference for any of you?

I guess it depends on how you view Cook and Snead, that's a very serious offer.
