Which RB for 2010?
Which RB would you rather have for this season, Benson or Moreno? PPR...

Pre-injury I would have easily taken Moreno. Right now, I would take Moreno but really think it is a tossup. Neither have much competition behind them, so health will likely determine who finishes on top. I just like Moreno's skill set better, especially for PPR.
Start: 2 QB, 3 RB, 5 WR, 2 TE (All TDs=6, 1 per 10 rush/rec, 1 per 25 pass, NO PPR) 8 teams
QB: Rodgers, Vick, Cutler, Schaub, Luck
RB: Rice, CJ, McFadden, Richardson, Stewart, Ingram, Spiller, Vereen
WR: Green, Marshall, Roddy, Jennings, Roddy, Bowe, Maclin, Britt, A Brown, Williams (TB), Collie, Smith (STL)
TE: Graham, Finley, F Davis, Cook
Taxi Squad: Tebow, Crabtree, Jeffrey, Hill, Gordon
QB: Rodgers, Vick, Cutler, Schaub, Luck
RB: Rice, CJ, McFadden, Richardson, Stewart, Ingram, Spiller, Vereen

Benson.
I don't believe the Denver offensive line is ready for a power running scheme and Moreno is going to struggle with consistency week to week that he'll be a shaky start far too often.

As said above, pre injury I would have said Moreno. For this year, I'd much rather have Benson running for my team.

I'm still undecided on who to keep between the 2. I'm afraid Morenos injury may linger throughout the season and Benson is in a contract year so I think he will run hard. We have no limits on how long we can keep players so it's hard for me to let Moreno walk...

I would never support keeping Benson - just too much injury and bust potential with him. I'd rather give the other guy a chance. Any other guy.

Just for this year I may say Benson since Moreno is hurt right now. Hamstring injuries can be questionable and linger and Moreno didn't look great last season anyway.

here's where my dynasty mind jumps in and says Moreno might be a good keeper for him in 2011..... but seriously, he'll have a better chance of drafting Benson back than Moreno...eaglesfan wrote:Just for this year I may say Benson since Moreno is hurt right now. It's still Moreno. One year rental? Moreno's injury hurts his productivity. Take Benson.
