Who to keep?

Postby Madster » Fri Jul 23, 2010 6:58 am

Hi guys,

I am in a 10 team non-ppr league, where we get to keep 2 players.
Pretty normal scoring and setup, allthough passing tds are worth 6 points and ints -4.

Here are my viable keeper options in no particular order:
Beanie Wells
Matt Schaub
Randy Moss
Vincent Jackson
Matt Forte

Personally I am leaning towards Moss and Wells, but what do you guys say?

I'd keep Moss and Wells.

Given the info you provided about your league scoring...I would keep Wells and Schaub.

Normally I wouldn't suggest keeping a QB, especially in a 2 player keeper league, but with the players you listed and the scoring setup, QBs with high TD potential and low INT rates will take your team further than most WRs in a 10 team non ppr format.

Now, if you feel that there will be a better QB available at one of your early picks, then I would say keep Wells and Moss.

Thanks for the input so far guys!

Currently 5 teams have selected their keepers, which means that Brees, Rodgers and Romo won't be available, and based on the teams who still haven't picked I suspect that Brady, Peyton and maybe Rivers will also be off the board, so yes, based on that it might be best so hang onto Schaub.

I pick as nr. 6.
