Which do you prefer??

Im starting a 32 team salary/contract league, ive got pretty much every thing set up the way i want. The one thing i keep flip flopping on is wether to do a Team D or IDP. So thats the question, if you are joining a start up which do you tend to look for, a idp or team league?

For a big league like that make sure it's IDP! No better way.
Side note, are you looking for managers?

I agree in a 32 team league needs to be IDP

Definitely IDP once go it's never the same without
