Hey, so I have been having problems with my Playstation Network internet connection speeds. I use Verizon Fios, and the connection to my laptop (which is usually upstairs) or desktop computer that is right next to the router is completely fine, if anything really good.. But on the PS4 its almost unbearable. I get connection speeds like this https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C1_smgiUcAELv-r.jpg:large which make online games barely playable at all. My Playstation is upstairs in my room and my router is downstairs in a different room that we have. I have tried a couple of different WiFi Range extenders, but honestly those don't do much of anything.

I also tried changing the DNS Server to Googles (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and also Open DNS as well, but that didn't help much either.

Should I try to get a separate WiFi Router for my room so that it can have great connection, or would that cause problems?

I was just wondering what I can do to improve my internet connection speed on PS4?
